puppytime

Do you remember when F decided she wanted a pup instead of a sibling? Well, that day has come. Gunny has joined the Auger clan. He is the sweetest 14week old Olde English Bulldogge. He's taken a liking to his new surroundings and has made himself quite comfy in the house.

We haven't quite decided which will be worse. Potty training Gunny or F because this little guy is already quite defiant - although I woudn't expect any less if we want him to fit in around here. We're a tough crowd.

Let me introduce our newest addition, Gunny.

What? You thought I'd give up all the goods tonight? Ha. Don't worry there will be an endless stream of puppy pics coming your way. This was just to prove I have a snoring dog in my living room.

reality check

My baby girl is growing up! I could gush right now like a mammoth geyser but I'll spare your eyes for all the mushy details. I stand by my stance of counting down the days till she's wiping her own bum, speaking well thought out sentences (hardeeharhar) and walking herself to class but these days are flying by.

This afternoon when I pulled into the driveway she ran to my door hopped on my lap, planted a big ol' mmmmmmuah smooch and said 'luuuuuv yoo' while waving her thumb and pointer "L". She still can't get that pinky up for the proper sign but I'll take it.
Seriously? This is amazing. I love this stuff. Nothing is much better than getting an unsolicited kiss and I love you. Priceless.

She's even getting a bit of hair. She just might need her first haircut by her 5th birthday...

I luuuuuv yooo baby girl.

F is for Flower Girl

Our sweet little one had her first big commitment as a flower girl. I must say, flower girls don't get much cuter than this.

Thanks M&S for letting us share your big day with you! We had a blast!

chickadee

Because F was sick we weren't able to take her out and see the 'hood. A couple days before she was cranky and snotty, we were able to get a couple pics of her in her costume. Behold, the cutest chicken. ever!

and we did what any respectable parent would do and teach their young brood how to peck like a real life chicken. I mean we take this stuff seriously. Seriously.

that's what's up, chicken butt.
